The fs-jukefix patch was written to resolve some issues with older 
SCSI jukeboxes which don't necessarily implement the Media 
Changer commandset correctly.

Such jukeboxes include the IDE PLS7100.

To be honest, I'd be pretty scared if anybody was still using one of 
these for a large deployment.  The patch is included in case similar
problems are encountered elsewhere however.

There is only one added define:

OLD_REVERSE
	- adding this #define will disable the media sense check to 
	  determine if plattered can be flipped and mark all platters
	  as flippable.

The other changes shouldn't affect normal operation.
